How to Spot a Jerk and not work for them |
Abstract
Through the use of 2-3 working experiences (which may or may not be my own....ahem) I will describe in hopefully humourous terms a few archetypal jerks, and then what kind of questions or behaviours you should watch out for. I'll describe bosses who are great and those that are in between. I'll finish off on tolerance and sometimes finding a groove where you both learn together - and the importance of good managers and leaders in cyber right now. The presentation is hopefully will provide a perspective of how to find a happy home in Cyber, and trying to avoid working for jerks.
